Instant Replay

Instant replay is one of the biggest parts of the sports world today. It has changed so many games already and it has only been around for a couple of years. In basketball on last second shots they can break down the game film to tenths of seconds to see whether or not they player got the shot off in time. For the up coming superbowl they use HD instant replay so they can get the call correct everytime. There are several angles too so the refree can use multiple views to get the call correct.

Instant replay is a great thing in sports today. It has helped in getting the right outcomes in football games over the past few years. I'm sure this weekend in the Super Bowl there will be some questionable plays that instant replay will be needed to make the right call. It may even impact the outcome of the game.

Think about if Instant Replay would have been around earlier. Maybe things would have been different in a lot of big games. I would be interested to see what the referees would have said about the Cal vs Stanford game when the band came on to the field. Not to mention many other games with outcomes that make our sports history today.
