This is a huge project that is brought up a little to early in the major. Some students get the project done the first time, which is great for them. Others will wait to do it at the last minute though. These people will pay in the long run whenever they have to turn it in for senior sem. I reccomend that everyone takes it serious the first time and to also save the project on MULTIPLE devices.

Wiki

Just finished the Wiki project and it is a cool new software. Me and my partner did the project together when we were across the library. But wiki made it seem like we were working right next to eachother. I think there are a lot of possibilities to use this technology throughout my teaching career. I am excited to get out there to eventually get out there and teach to my own group of kids

Field Experience

I just had my first field experience that I had to teach in for 452. I taught third grade through their dynamic stretches. The first day of teaching went very well and the students behaved very well. My field teacher is giving us one more part of the lesson to teach throughout the semester. I am looking forward to teaching the next part of the lesson so I can get as much experience as possible. I feel that is the best way to learn how to each is just by going out and doing it.
